Jeg har fået et svar tilbage fra Lowrance om at prøve forskelligt, bl.a. hard reset proceduren.Hvis dette ikke løser problemet skal tingen til USA. Jeg forespurgte om man kan anvende den lokale agent. De har i et længere svar skrevet:
For this reason, dealers and distributors are not required to provide service to units purchased outside of their area of responsibility. If a unit requires service it will need to be returned to the dealer or distributor from which it was purchased. Should a unit you purchase in the US require service, it will need to be returned to our facility in Tulsa, OK. While the warranty does include domestic return shipping, international shipping would have a cost of $40(US).
Så med Lowarnces og Eagles produkter er der ingen vej udenom en tur over dammen.
